Honoring Leaders and Changemakers: Nigeria Media Niteote Out Awards 2025 Celebrates Service and Innovation

Lagos came alive on 26th November 2025 at the B Event Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja. The Nigeria Note Out Awards 2025 brought together leaders, changemakers, and notable individuals from across the nation to celebrate exceptional achievements in leadership, service, and community impact. 

The evening honored people whose vision, dedication, and contributions have changed lives and communities, inspiring everyone present.

Proudly sponsored by Iroko African Root, Nigeria’s prestigious health and wellness brand, known for excellence and innovation, this year’s edition stood out as one of the most inspiring gatherings of 2025.


This year’s theme, “Safeguarding the Harvest: Unveiling the Role of Agricultural Insurance in Nigeria’s Food Security,” highlighted how important agricultural insurance is for promoting sustainable food production in Nigeria. Hon. Yazeed Shehu Danfulani, Managing Director and CEO of the Nigeria Agriculture Insurance Corporation (NAIC), gave an insightful keynote address about how strategic insurance solutions can protect farmers, strengthen the agricultural sector, and support national food security.


Several prominent individuals were recognized for their outstanding contributions. Chief Immanuel Ubah, CEO of Adventist Hotel Lagos, was honored for leadership marked by compassion, transparency, and dedication. 


Chief Oluchukwu Hillary Nwosu and his foundation received praise for their humanitarian work and selfless service, while Mr. Abdul Aadi was awarded Leadership Award of the Year.


A highlight of the evening was the Best Administrative Officer of the Year Award, presented to the immediate ex-Governor of Zamfara State. This recognition celebrated his efforts to reduce insecurity and implement effective governance in the state.


The night was full of laughter, applause, and celebration. It created a memorable occasion that showcased the transformative power of leadership, service, and dedication in building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Nigeria.
